Unified Track and Field Team

Millbury High School has a new team, the Unified Track and Field Team.  The Unified Track team allows students with and without disabilities to compete collectively to support their team. They had a meet this week and here are some of their scores.
Congratulations to Daniel Preston for Jumping 6’10”, & Matthew Carey for jumping 5’11” in the long jump, Miranda Swanson for throwing 15.8′, Mateo Sosa for throwing 18′, Leyanne Nascimento for throwing 27.7′, Kyle Woll for throwing 29.3′ in the turbo jav and Joe Favreau for throwing 49’6″ in the shot-put.
The team’s next meet will be on May 3rd at 3pm here at MHS.  Come out to the track and support the team.
