As you walk down the hallways you often smell the cooking from one of Ms. Morin’s food and nutrition classes.  There is always a bustle of activity going on in the classroom with chopping, mixing, sauteing, baking and of course eating the delicious food being made.  We had a chance to take a peek in the creative cooking class today while they were making loaded baked potato casserole.  Lots of hard work and teamwork went in to preparing this dish.  Unfortunately we were unable to stay until they were done, but if the smell of them cooking was any indication, they were delicious.
